Nick joined the Littleton Electric Light and Water Departments (LELWD) in 2001 as an electrical engineer and has served as the General Manager of LELWD since his appointment in August of 2018. As LELWD’s General Manager, Nick serves a five-member elected Board of Commissioners and is responsible for the strategic direction, administration, and overall management of LELWD. Nick earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Bentley University, and he also holds a Professional Engineering license in the state of Massachusetts. Nick is the current President and serves on the Executive Committee of the Northeast Public Power Association (NEPPA), a non-profit trade association that was founded in 1965 to represent and serve consumer owned utilities in New England.
Kevin’s utility background started in 2001 when he was initially employed by the Marblehead Muncipal Light Department as Second-Class Lineworker. He progressed through the ranks at the utility ultimately becoming the Line Foreman. During this time, Kevin earned an AS in Electric Power Technology at Bismarck State College in Bismarck, Nor
Kevin’s utility background started in 2001 when he was initially employed by the Marblehead Muncipal Light Department as Second-Class Lineworker. He progressed through the ranks at the utility ultimately becoming the Line Foreman. During this time, Kevin earned an AS in Electric Power Technology at Bismarck State College in Bismarck, North Dakota. In 2014, Kevin joined the team at the Groveland Municipal Light Department as Line Foreman, and in 2017 was reluctantly promoted to General Manager. Kevin serves on the Mutual Aid and Lineworker's Rodeo committees at the Northeast Public Power Association (NEPPA). A Certified Utility Arborist and Lineworker, Kevin enjoys getting out of the office and working with the linecrews and has competed in several NEPPA Lineworkers Rodeos. When not working Kevin can be found walking his dog Mazie around Newburyport , building screen accurate movie props for events, or taking horseback riding lessons.
Mike started his Public Power journey in 1995 as an Apprentice Lineman at the Middleton Electric Light Department (MELD). He progressed to Truck Foreman before gladly accepting the position of Working General Manager of the Groveland Municipal Light Department in 2006. He enjoyed eleven years in Groveland before returning to MELD as Gen
Mike started his Public Power journey in 1995 as an Apprentice Lineman at the Middleton Electric Light Department (MELD). He progressed to Truck Foreman before gladly accepting the position of Working General Manager of the Groveland Municipal Light Department in 2006. He enjoyed eleven years in Groveland before returning to MELD as General Manager in 2017 where he will happily remain until his retirement or death. Mike serves on the Board of Directors at Northeast Public Power Association (NEPPA) and is currently its Secretary. He is also a past President of the Municipal Electric Association of Massachusetts (MEAM) and is currently the MEAM Legislative Committee Chair. Mike has a BS in Business Management and an AS in Electrical Engineering from Merrimack College.
Barry has been dedicated to public service in multiple career paths, embarking in 1992 on a distinguished career with the Holden Fire Department. He earned an EMT certification shortly thereafter and was promoted to Lieutenant in 2005. A highlight of his fire service includes recognition as a 2013 Massachusetts Firefighter of the Year for

He earned an EMT certification shortly thereafter and was promoted to Lieutenant in 2005. A highlight of his fire service includes recognition as a 2013 Massachusetts Firefighter of the Year for performing a rescue of a victim trapped in a concrete silo.
Barry’s public service career path doubled in 1994 when he joined the staff of the Holden Municipal Light Department. He was promoted to Truck Foreman in 2006, to General Foreman in 2016, Assistant General Manager in 2018, and to General Manager in 2021. His commitment to Public Power extends beyond his local roles as he has actively participated in numerous mutual aid efforts across the United States and the US Virgin Islands.
His desire to continue his professional development is evident through the completion of advanced training courses from the Northeast Public Power Association (NEPPA), Energy Council of the Northeast (ECNE), and the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy.
An active member of the Northeast Public Power Association (NEPPA), Barry serves on the Board of Directors and holds positions on the Executive, Mutual Aid, and Conference Oversight and Planning Committees and is the Chairman of the Engineering and Operations subcommittee. Barry holds an Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Mount Wachusett Community College.
Outside of work, Barry is not only a devoted New England Patriots season ticket holder but also an avid golfer. He actively competes in multiple men's hockey leagues and generously dedicates his time and expertise to both the Boy Scouts of America and coaching his two sons in ice hockey.
Additionally, Barry is an active contributor to the Wachusett Area Rotary Club and the Holden Association of Firefighters.
